By accessing or using Privovte.com, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must discontinue use of the service immediately.
Privovte.com provides a web-based tool that allows users to create encrypted, self-destructing messages that are permanently deleted after a single viewing or after a defined expiry period. We do not store message content beyond its intended lifecycle, and no backups are retained after destruction.
Certain features may require account registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate information and notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.
Paid plans are billed in advance on a monthly or annual basis. All fees are stated in USD and are non-refundable except as required by applicable law or as expressly set out in our Refund Policy. We reserve the right to modify pricing with 30 days' notice.
All software, design, trademarks, and content comprising Privovte.com are the exclusive property of Privovte.com and its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.
You agree not to use Privovte.com to transmit unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable content. You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, scrape, or interfere with the platform's infrastructure, or use the service to circumvent any legal obligation.
Your use of the service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference. By using Privovte.com, you consent to the data practices described therein.
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Privovte.com and its officers, directors, and employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to Privovte.com at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Delaware.
We may revise these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on this page. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. We will provide at least 14 days' notice for material changes.
